Coronavirus Update

RGV Engineering (Netheravon) are currently open. During this difficult time, we will continue to support our customers and local community. We are still offering our full range of Mechanical, Electrical and Renewable Services as we appreciate that our homes still need to be kept warm, and fully operational.

We are taking extra precautions to protect our customers and staff and will be calling ahead to ask some necessary questions. On the day or the day before the visit a member of staff will also call ahead and ask some simple questions:

 

1. Has anyone in the premises been diagnosed with COVID-19, has been asked to self-isolate, or has been travelling to a coronavirus high-risk area or country in the last 14 days?
2. Is anyone in the premises suffering from high temperature or persistent new cough or flu like systems.

 

If you answer YES to either question, it does not necessarily mean the visit won't take place, but it means our engineers will need to take some further steps before stepping inside the premises.
