Old Friars is a wonderful Grade II listed house positioned in the centre of Richmond overlooking Richmond Green dating back to approximately 1687. The original William and Mary house has been altered and extended over subsequent centuries and now extends to an overall 13,500 sq ft.
RGV Engineering has stripped out the existing boilers, pipework and heating system and subsequently supplied, installed and commissioned the complete mechanical services for Old Friars. Everything from the water supply intake position has been replaced.
